Christine Taylor

Christine Taylor (BA HONS, Master Trainer) Christine has worked in the fitness industry for over eighteen years in England, Holland, America and, for the last six years, Australia. She has many years experience in teaching group classes and is a successful personal trainer having assisted many clients achieve amazing weight loss results and change their lives for the better. She manages and coaches the Westleigh Warrior and actively participates in all the running events. She is able to take you to places you never thought possible and will support, motivate and encourage you all the way.If you WANT to change your life and see some REAL results then I know how ....please contact me.

Karen Mitchell (BPE, GradDipEd, Cert III Grp Ex)

Karen has a background teaching PE, having worked for many years in local schools. She has recently completed her Certificate III with the Australian Institute of Fitness and is starting local group classes for mums and mothers groups in the area. She is passionate about bringing fitness into everyone's lives and understands the pressures of having a young family and trying to find time for yourself. Her classes allow mums to train with the extra support of a early childhood teacher supervising the little ones. Classes suitable for EVERYONE - post natal or mums with school age children.
