Have you had a baby recently or been unable to lose the body fat gained through pregnancy? WE CAN HELP! We UNDERSTAND each stage that a pre and post natal body goes through and we are able to write a program that EXACTLY meets YOUR needs.

Consulting with your obstretician and health professionals where required we can ensure that your program is safe for you and your baby if pregnant. Post baby we make sure that your program takes into account sleepless nights and a breast feeding body and we safely return your body back to, and in some cases, better than before!  Individual personal training sessions supported by a group class are recommended for best results. Nutrition advice supports your fitness program to ensure that calcium levels and other important factors are considered when lactating.
